Open Infra AB (publ) ("Bolaget") har emitterat ytterligare seniora säkerställda obligationer till ett belopp om SEK 400 000 000 den 2 februari 2023, inom Bolagets totala ramverk om SEK 3 000 000 000, på den svenska obligationsmarknaden ("Obligationerna"). Obligationerna löper med en rörlig ränta om STIBOR 3 månader + 4,25 procent per annum och förfaller den 11 november 2025.
Bolaget kommer ansöka om marknadsnotering av Obligationerna på Företagsobligationslistan vid Nasdaq Stockholm. Obligationerna kommer upptas till handel på Nasdaq Stockholm så snart som möjligt.
I samband med marknadsnoteringen har bolaget tagit fram ett prospekt. Prospektet har godkänts, och registrerats, av Finansinspektionen i enlighet med lagen (1991:980) om handel med finansiella instrument. Open Infra AB (publ) publishes bond prospectus and applies for listing of its subsequent bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm
Open Infra AB (publ) (the "Company") has issued subsequent senior secured bonds in an amount of SEK 400,000,000 on 2 February 2023, within the Company's total framework of SEK 3,000,000,000, on the Swedish bond market (the "Bonds"). The Bonds carry a floating interest rate of STIBOR 3 months + 4.25 per cent. per annum and matures on 11 November 2025.
The Company will apply for listing of the Bonds on the Corporate Bond list at Nasdaq Stockholm. The Bonds will be admitted to trading at Nasdaq Stockholm as soon as possible.
In connection with this, the Company has prepared a prospectus. The prospectus has been approved by, and registered with, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority in accordance with the Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980). The prospectus will be available on the Financial Supervisory Authority’s website (www.fi.se) and on the Company's website (www.openinfra.com).
