Collection of Information:

• Location Information: Scratch collects and stores the geographic coordinates of your device. This information is used to fetch nearby addresses related to the location where a QR code was scanned. Please note that the location is only accessed and utilized when the app is running. We do not collect location information when the app is not in use.
• Photos: Scratch allows you to capture photos of installations. The photos are saved on your device and may be uploaded to our servers.
• Email: Via microsoft login we obtain the email used, this is used as an identifier.

Use and Storage of Information:

• Location Information: The collected location information is encrypted and stored locally on your device. When necessary, it is sent to our servers via encrypted channels for address retrieval purposes. However, we do not store location information on our servers.
• Photos: The photos you capture are stored on your device and can be uploaded to our servers. We utilize encrypted channels to transmit the photos to our secure company private servers.
• Email: Email is obtained via an authorization token and is part of the authorization process. This token is cached during runtime and sent to our servers. The email extracted from the token is saved on our servers as an identification method to associate user-uploaded data with their account.

Camera and Microphone Access:

• The camera is used within the app when you choose to add photos. Please be assured that no sound is recorded or saved during this process. The microphone access is required by the camera SDK to initiate the camera functionality.

Microsoft Login:

• Scratch implements Microsoft login for user authentication. We do not handle or store any passwords or login information within the app. The login process relies on Microsoft’s authentication services. Upon successful authentication, a token is generated containing info such as the user’s email.

Data Protection and Security:
We employ industry-standard encryption protocols and security measures to safeguard your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Our servers follow strict security practices to protect the data transmitted to and stored on them.

Disclosure of Information:
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety.

Children’s Privacy:
Scratch is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to the Privacy Policy:
